If something isn't perfect with your order, email us at hello@shopthewoods.com and we will work to make it right.
If you would like to return your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Send back the items as well as a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation. Items must be in original condition, unworn, un-altered in any way, with tags attached.

We will process refunds within three days of receiving them, but it may take additional time for the payment card processing to be completed.
Convenience Return Labels for $5
For our convenience, we can provide a U.S. Postal Service return label that you can print and tape to your package, shipped from the U.S. only. The cost is a $5 flat-rate. Just package your return with the label and drop it off at a post office. The cost will be deducted from your refund. Email hello@shopthewoods.com to request a return label.
